Can we make and decorate a Teapot in 2 hours ? Yes we can!
This is a repeat workshop
This is the Teapot Challenge - to make and decorate a fully functional teapot and have fun. We will using pinching and slab techniques. The Workshop is suitable for all levels of experience with clay. Cost £38 per person inclusive of all materials and firing. Tea and cookies also included!
This Ceramic workshop will be held at the Henley School of Art, 30c Hart St, Henley on Thames, RG9 2AU.
The workshop: -
Suitable for all levels of experience, including beginners.
The maximum class size is 8 so there will be plenty of one to one guidance and support.
I have 10 years experience in teaching Ceramics to adults, from beginners to Level 2 qualifications.
The cost is £38 pp - includes all materials, glazing and firings for a maximum of 2 pieces.
Your work will be delivered to you approximately 3 weeks after the Workshop.
Adults and over 14s welcome. Under 16 years accompanied with adult please.
Please note I am unable to refund places within 2 weeks of the workshop, although you can swap to another one.

The General Ceramics course offers a great opportunity to try a wide range of pottery techniques - pinching & coiling, slab building, surface decoration, glaze application and throwing on the wheel.
Suitable for beginners and the more experienced. For those with more experience, we can discuss aspects you would like to improve on and shape the course for you accordingly.
The course will be at the New Directions Pottery Studio in Caversham.
The cost includes materials and firings.
